Pilates is one of the best exercises for building core strength and coordination. The technique creates a leaner stronger muscle mass with a more aligned posture. There are over 500 individualized exercises which allow for every part of the body to be strengthened and toned. Our studio uses a diverse series of exercises that range from matwork to specialized equipment utilizing a progressive spring system. Pilates training leaves you feeling stronger, more centered, and balanced.

GYROTONICS

Gyrotonic exercises are performed on custom-designed Gyrotonic equipment. Gyrotonic exercise sequences are composed of spiraling, circular movements, which flow together seamlessly in rhythmic repetitions, with corresponding breath. Each movement flows into the next, allowing the joints to move through a natural range of motion without jarring or compression. These carefully crafted sequences create balance, strength and flexibility.

TRX WORKOUTS

The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise. This is because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. TRX training delivers a fast, effective total-body workout, builds a rock-solid core, and increases muscular endurance.
